We focus on first flush sencha and ceremonial Uji matcha from renowned tea-growing regions such as Wazuka and Shizuoka. These are areas where tradition runs deep, and tea is cultivated slowly and thoughtfully — in small batches, by hand, and with a deep reverence for the craft.
