Certified organic by the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS), the tea is cultivated entirely through natural, chemical-free methods that nurture both the land and the leaf.

Clean, refreshing, with soft natural sweetness. The astringency is faint and well-integrated, creating a crisp yet smooth mouthfeel

HOW TO ENJOY IT?

This medium-steamed green tea brews into a light, golden-green cup with a refreshing and gentle astringency. We recommend brewing it with care to experience its full, subtle flavour.

  1. Heat Water: Heat up filtered water, cool it down using a water cooler to 70-80°C (Using water that is too hot will make the tea bitter) 
  2. Measure Tea: Add 5g (approx. 1-2 teaspoon) of tea leaves per 250ml of water to your teapot
  3. Steep: Steep for around 1 minute for the 1st infusion. For subsequent infusions, extend the time to 1-2 minutes
  4. Pour: Pour the tea into your cup (or back to the water cooler), make sure to get every last drop to prevent the leaves from over-steeping.
  5. Enjoy: This tea pairs beautifully with desserts or on its own

STORAGE TIPS

To keep your tea leaves fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and odours. Ensure the bag is tightly sealed, and gently press out as much air as possible before closing it
