MATCHA (抹茶) is a finely ground powder made from Tencha (碾茶), the young leaves of the shade-grown green tea leaves that are carefully steamed, dried, and grounded - but not all matcha is created equal.

Our premium matcha comes directly from the mountains of Wazuka, Kyoto, the heart of Uji Matcha production. Grown by a 4th-generation family farm dedicated to natural and sustainable farming, our matcha is made exclusively from the 1st flush (Spring harvest) tea leaves, ensuring the highest standard of nutrients and flavour.
