MATCHA (抹茶) is a powder form of green tea made from TENCHA, the young leaves of the shade-grown green tea leaves that are steamed, dried, refined and ground into a fine powder.

Yet not all Matcha powder are the same - Our range of Matcha proudly came from the mountains of Wazuka in Kyoto, the heart of Uji matcha production, by a 4th-generation family-owned tea farm dedicated to natural farming practices and harvest only in spring.
