A cup shaped by earth, fire and craftsmanship.
Handcrafted in Shigaraki, one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns, this medium size teacup reflects the honest, rustic beauty of its origin. Wheel-thrown using Shigaraki’s mineral-rich clay, it features a distinctive brushed glaze that creates a natural contrast between warm, earthy browns and soft, milky whites.
The cup feels beautifully grounded in the hands, with a textured exterior that carries the story of the clay and a smooth interior that makes every sip feel gentle and calm. Because each piece is shaped and glazed individually, no two are ever the same. Every cup has its own variations in colour, surface and firing marks.
