Our very first collaboration with a local Australian-Japanese artist!
Artist Takeaki Totsuka, MFA, Sydney College of the Arts and former apprentice of ceramic master Mitsuo Shoji, inspired by the textures of the Australian landscape, gumnuts, rock pools, flowers and seashells have been his muses. Reflecting on the rich history of the land of the Cammeraygal people speaks to the artist’s close affinity with the Australian bush.
