CHASHAKU (茶杓) is a utensil that used during the tea ceremony to measure and transfer matcha powder. A single piece of bamboo is carved into a narrow, curved form with a slightly flattened scoop at one end. It is designed to scoop precise amounts of matcha powder from a tea container (natsume) into a tea bowl (chawan). Its shape allows for easy handling and accurate transfer of matcha powder without spilling.

How to use it?
